EveHR is an employee experience platform built for Vietnam-based businesses to improve employee satisfaction, retain top talent, and save HR teams countless hours on compensation and benefits tasks.

The Challenge

Vietnam has one of the lowest employee retention rates in Asia. EveHR needed to build an application that helps businesses give recognition and kudos to employees for outstanding performance, while also handling complex C&B (compensation and benefits) workflows. The solution had to be delivered as a white-label app, maintaining complete privacy for clients and their employees.
