Overview
ActionAid is a global non-profit renowned for its tireless efforts against poverty and injustice. Our collaboration with ActionAid Vietnam spans multiple projects, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and maximize community impact. We’ve delivered three major systems: a Monitoring & Evaluation platform, a Sponsorship Management System, and the Tadaa! business process automation platform.
The Challenge
ActionAid needed technology solutions that could streamline data management, support bilingual users (Vietnamese and English), integrate with existing workflows, and maintain strict security for sensitive donor and beneficiary data.
